Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo
fall 2006

I developed and designed an identity system for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. A major exposition in Texas since 1896 the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is a three-week extravaganza of the pure-bread livestock industry. Inspired by classical western posters of cramped wooden typography and the colors of the dusty streets and open blue sky of Texas; I developed a system of typography and image. To continue with the raw atmosphere of Texas I also decided to print on newsprint and brown card stock.
